Gina Johnson, RN, IBCLC,RLC is a health care professional whose practice focuses on providing education and skilled breastfeeding support to prevent, manage and resolve breastfeeding challenges.

Initial Home Visits - $150.00+ (Depends on complexity and length of visit)
NEW CLIENTS-History of mother and baby, assessment and evaluation of feeding session, weight and intake check with Baby Scale, evaluation of infant oral anatomy and mother's breasts, and care path to improve the effectiveness and comfort of breastfeeding.
As part of the healthcare team we will colaborate with and provide a faxed copy of the visit to your healthcare provider.
Follow Up Home Visits - $100.00+ (Depends on complexity and length of visit) ESTABLISHED CLIENTS - Though most breastfeeding challenges and problems can be greatly improved with only one visit, some more challenging problems may require more than one visit. Also new problems can develop at a later time in the breastfeeding relationship. Concerns about returning to work, pumping, breast discomfort, introduction of solids, milk supply issues, fussy/colic baby, reflux, weaning and other issues may make a follow-up visit helpful.
Fee for services must be paid at the time of service since Gina is not a provider with any insurance company. It is the responsibility of the client to seek insurance reimbursement.No guarantees are made for insurance reimbursement. All clients will be given an Insurance reimbursement form and instructions for obtaining reimbursement.
Addiional fees for travel will be assessed for visits outside Wellington/ Royal Palm Beach area.
